The Programme for Government has been published and it sets out the actions the Scottish Government will take in the coming year and beyond. One of these actions includes developing a Blue Economy Action Plan to launch a programme of collaborative projects across the public sector, Scotland’s science base, marine industries and the marine environmental sector.
